Shipping Policy

If you are using a shipping address that is different than your billing address, you must notify your credit card company and have them add the shipping address to your credit card profile before you place an order. Hooper Camera uses an address verification system that will reject your order if the shipping address does not match the credit card company's records. This is done in an effort to stem fraudulent activities.

• United Parcel Service (UPS) is our primary carrier.
• Fed Ex is also available.
• Internet Sales Orders for in-stock merchandise received by 12 noon pacific time will ship within 2 business days (excluding holidays).
• All items are insured when shipped.
• Shipping services other than UPS (United Parcel Service) may require additional delivery time.
• We do not ship any products classified as HAZMAT (hazardous material).
• If your credit card billing address if different from your shipping address your credit card provider MUST have the shipping address information on file. Call the 800 number on your credit card and ask for customer service to add a ship to address.
• If the shipping address is different from the billing address your credit card provider MUST have that information on file.

*For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and P.O. boxes or to military APO/FPO addresses please e-mail sales@hoopercamera.com for further instructions. Other than the aforementioned locations, Hooper Camera does not ship outside of the continental United States.

All rates apply to shipments made within the 48 continental United States

Standard Shipping Rates:

• Free UPS GROUND Shipping ofr total orders of $200.00 or more
  
• 10% for total merchandise under $200.00 per order.
  
• $20.00 Maximum for orders less than $ 200.00 per order.

Most items (cameras, camcorders and accessories)

• UPS Ground: Standard Shipping Rate
  
• UPS 2nd Day Air: Additional $20.00 per order.
  
• Fed EX: Additional $15.00 per order.

Heavier items (enlargers, telescopes, background paper, printers, etc.)

• UPS Ground: Standard Rates plus $25.00 additional per order.
  
• UPS 2nd Day Air: Standard Rates plus $50.00 additional per order.
  
• Fed EX: Standard Rates plus $30.00 additional per order.

Shipping Taxes:

Actual Shipping Charges are NOT TAXED. However, any additional handling or RUSH fees will be charged the local applicable taxes.

Local Tax:

All shipping is FOB from our main warehouse, 21902 Devonshire Street. Chatsworth, California 91311. Therefore all purchases shipped out of this zip code will have the local state and city tax applied to merchandise products only. Taxes are excluded on actual shipping charges.

Note:

Taxes may be added to any special handling or RUSH Charges as agreed upon by the customer should they be requested.
